    She has a wonderful smile. You are definitely Igbo. My husband had to teach me to swallow. We are not supposed to chew the fofo. The slim is VERY good for you, mainly child-bearing women. It is okra and / or bitter leaf. Very good for you.

    The meat is bland in soup because usually, the salt fish is very salty in the soup. You can't both salty. The unique taste is crawfish.
