Palm nut soup Recipe:
In this video, I’m going to show you an easy way to make palm nut soup. So stay tune for that.
So for this recipe you will need:
1 can of palm nut cream
2 smoked fishes (use any meat)
3 fresh tomatoes, mashed
2 onions, grated
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp black pepper
Chili powder
Salt to taste
Bouillon cube (Maggi)
Fresh chilies
I usually add a cup of chopped green onion
Direction:
So the first thing we are going to do is to wash the smoked fish with hot water and then cut it into medium piece.

Next heat the saucepan, and then add the fishes, season with black pepper.Add the garlic, tomatoes and onions.
Add the palm nuts cream.Cover with one liter of water.
Then add bouillon cubes and salt to your taste.
Add this point you can add chili powder but I won’t since my daughter will eat.
Add the fresh chilies and cover and let it simmer for 30 minutes or more.
Or until the soup thickens and the red oil appears on the surface of the soup.
You can serve with rice, or Fufu.
Enjoy!
