    hi, my family, in Namibia in our tribe we don't have Omena, but I think Ugali is called maize meal, i think. With what is UGALI MADE OF?

    In Namibia, Omena is called "ontaangu" and Ugali is called " oshithima or oshimbombo" Delicias, a hug in plate❤❤❤

    Nice food in zambia we call it kapenta) is silver fish and ugali we call it nsima in my language i really enjoy it in omena add a bit of green pepper it's more testia.

    Where did you get omena in the Czech Republic? I almost said Czechoslovakia, but I remembered my history correctly. Omena is rich in Omega-3, which is very beneficial for the brain development of a baby
