Moroccan Prawns with Couscous and Roasted Vegetables Recipe | North African Food
Ingredients:
To make Prawns marinade
Prawns
1 tbsp turmeric
1 tsp coriander
1 tsp cuman
1 tsp garlic & ginger paste
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp peri peri sauce
olive oil
To Make Couscous
1 cup of couscous
2 cup of chicken stock reduced to 1 cup by boiling. (check video for method)

To Make the Veges
roast veges (red onion, zucchini, butternut, green peppers, cajun spice, baby tomatoes)
