   Kabiru is not on point in most of his arguement,he is only being defensive ,democracy has no relationship with any agricultural development,the issue of climate change is a controversial issues that most nations who have failed to plan and be proactive will alway use for the defence of their failures.
   Nigeria is resourced enough, not to suffer the same consequences like most nations today

   The problem with us as a nation is that we keep looking outwards instead of inward. When you look at it critically, most of the problems are man made. We are so impatient that we want what we want right now and right there. The tendency to have immediate result meant that we're not taking time to think through the consequences of our actions. We never aim to build our own capacities but rather will look for others to solve them for us. Some of the projects that money were borrowed for were never completed. As Nigerians and if we have the interest of this country at heart, we should develop home base solution. Signing projects left right and center should be avoided but rather make development a process. The Chinese company is doing that as a slap. It is the responsibility of the federal government to review all international relationships especially with those who proffers outright solutions that are often inconclusive.
