African food on wheels

This month marks three years of business for a Parisian ‘food truck’ that specialises in west African dishes. It took Fati Niang a year to prepare the business and to convince her bank manager, but now her truck rolls around La Défense serving Senegalese food to Paris’s businessmen and women. Niang was awarded an entrepreneur’s prize soon after she started the business. Now she wants to set up a chain of permanent restaurants across Europe and Africa. Video by @aodhanlutetiae.
