    I am on the fence about this segment …for one, Naija is the America of Africa, getting all of the cultural glory, often taken from other countries; then again, at least Africa is being celebrated for once!

    That said, I encourage whomever plans the segments to ask Kwame what he thinks about Ghana always being ignored by these segments.

    Finally, in response to Andrea's question, I suspect that he agrees with me that Ghana jollof is best, however there seems to be consensus among African food historians that it was invented in Senegal haha

    Anyway, no big deal; eat the jollof you love and be proud of the African heritage of this amazing dish!
