Ingredients:
1.5 LB chicken thighs
1 LB. Carrots
1 orange bell pepper
Half an onion
1 cup cherry tomatoes
2 medium zucchini
1/4 cup avocado oil
1 tbsp thyme
1-2 tbsp oregano
1 tbsp black pepper
Salt to taste
4 cloves garlic
1 tbsp Dijon mustard
1 cup feta cheese -

No carrots for me ill substitute with another vegetable idk why, I like carrots I just don't Love em.
