   The collard green dish is called ambaaqo in Somali. Canjeero is actually NOTHING like Ethiopian injera and we get offended by the comparison. It not made from the same ingredients and it looks different. Ethiopian injera is so much more bitter than the Somali Canjeero or laxoox. We are a nomadic pastorialists and fishermen so we have a lot of meat and fish in our dishes.
