Hi Everyone!! So everyone know after Fufu went viral on Tiktok it became the must try foods of this year!! After many request to try African Food…I finally found some!! Everything I’m eating here is from a restaurant in Portland Oregon called Akadi. It is the only West African restaurant that I found that had fufu!!! Unfortunately during this time Chef Fatou Quattara had to temporally close this year and hopes to open this summer. I was still able to get everything at green zebra so I was super happy!! I’d like to add everything here is vegan so I wasn’t able to get some of the dishes you guys wanted me to try but I will this summer! Hope you guys enjoyed this video!!
