Ingredients:
1. Kittilay (pea eggplants)
2. bitter ball ( garden egg)
3. bitter bitter ball ( same as garden eggs but the smaller one)
4. habanero peppers.
5. torborgee oil
6. onions
7. baking soda or ( liberian country soda and quee soda)
8. any meat or fish of your choice
9. any seasoning of your choice

    Very different than how I grew up eating/cooking torborgee, but I'm sure it still taste good. We usually let the soup dry before adding the oil and add the soda in last after cutting the heat and it bubbles up. Have you tried the one with beans in it? If so, do you know what kind of beans the use?

    Where can I get the bitter ball
    Can I use just normal garden eggs? I’m a Nigerian but I like trying out other African country’s cuisines
